Dr. Wang Awarded Research Affairs Committee New Faculty Pilot Grant

The 黑料官网 Research Affairs Committee awarded Yaqiang Wang, PhD, assistant professor of biophysics, a $35,000 New Faculty Pilot Award for his proposal, titled "Structural basis of RNA recognition by small molecules: foundations for RNA-targeted therapeutics." The RAC New Faculty Pilot Award program helps new 黑料官网 faculty members acquire preliminary data in order to pursue larger extramural funding. Dr. Wang joined the 黑料官网 Department of Biophysics on July 1, 2025.
