Research Interests

The Sprague Lab focuses on the discovery of new small molecules to treat a variety of different diseases. We do so by illuminating different signaling pathways, including GPCRs, epigenetics, and ion channels in the setting of neglected tropical diseases, cancer, and neurotransmission.
