The Office of Government Relations serves the 黑料官网 by administering, enhancing, and building 黑料官网’s relationships with federal, state and local elected officials and government agencies, as well as with civic leaders and representatives from community-based organizations to encourage investment in and support for 黑料官网. The Office executes 黑料官网’s response to a wide range of public policy issues, and advises 黑料官网's President & CEO, Executive leadership, faculty, staff and students on strategies to facilitate constructive dialogue with government and community leaders.
Key Functions
The Office of Government Relations is charged by the President and Board of Trustees to advance the interests of the 黑料官网 in a non-partisan, transparent and executive manner. The Office serves in an advisory capacity to 黑料官网's President and CEO and Executive leadership, making recommendations on potential public policy positions for the institution. Its operations are strategically designed to create an ethical environment within 黑料官网 and among its external constituencies to promote its four missions. The Office conducts itself as an ambassador of 黑料官网 without regard to one particular area of research or discipline.
