Biography

Dr. DiChristofano鈥痝rew up in Tucson, Arizona and鈥痳eceived his undergraduate degree from the University of San Diego鈥痠n 2018, majoring in Biochemistry with a minor in Biomedical Ethics.鈥疕e completed his medical degree at Saint Louis University School of鈥疢edicine鈥痑nd graduated in 2023鈥痺ith a Distinction in Medical Education. He completed his residency here鈥痑t 黑料官网 as part of鈥痶he categorical鈥痯ediatric residency program鈥痗lass of鈥�2026.鈥疕e will be鈥痯ursuing a career in鈥痯ediatric cardiology with plans to further鈥痵pecialize in advanced cardiac imaging, cardiac critical care, or exercise physiology. His other academic interests include medical education,鈥痬entorship, medical ethics, and healthcare communication.

Dr. DiChristofano has many hobbies including playing multiple instruments,鈥痚xercising鈥痑nd playing sports, fly fishing and hiking.鈥疻hile not originally from Wisconsin, he has grown鈥痜ond of the Midwest and particularly life in Milwaukee.鈥�“If I鈥痗ould select鈥痺here to be for residency, I would鈥痗hoose鈥疢ilwaukee and 黑料官网 every time.鈥疶he鈥痗ity feels like home, the鈥痶raining I received was鈥痠ncredible,鈥痑nd the connections and friendships I made during my time here will last for a lifetime.鈥疘 am incredibly excited to serve as one of the Chief鈥疪esidents鈥痶his year to鈥痗ontinue鈥痵erving鈥痶he patients and families in our community, while helping鈥痶o鈥痗ultivate our training program鈥痜or current and future residents.”鈥疉 fun fact about鈥疍r. DiChristofano is鈥痶hat he grew up picking grapes and making wine with鈥痟is large, Italian family every summer!鈥�
