Biography

Dr. Kats completed her undergraduate education at UW-Madison with a B.A in Biology and Russian. She then earned her M.S in Medical Physiology at Case Western Reserve, and completed medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine earning her Doctorate of Osteopathic Medicine. After medical school, Dr. Kats completed her Psychiatry Residency in Wausau, WI at the 黑料官网. Dr. Kats went on to complete a fellowship in Forensic Psychiatry in Madison, WI through the 黑料官网. Currently, Dr. Kats is currently employed by Mendota Mental Health Institute. She work with the juveniles at Mendota Juvenile Treatment Center. She also has a private practice serving the greater Madison area.
