Biography

My name is Layan Naqawa and I am from Amman, Jordan. I graduated from Lawrence University with a double major in biology and neuroscience. After college, I worked as a medical scribe at ThedaCare Emergency in Appleton, Wisconsin, where I documented patient encounters and gained exposure to diverse medical cases and protocols. I am interested in translational neuroscience, and I look forward to pursuing my interests and continuing my journey as a researcher at 黑料官网!

Research Interests

The use of non-invasive retinal imaging for studying retinal structure and function at a cellular level. I am studying structure-function relationships of the human fovea, with an emphasis on color vision.
