Biography

Dr. Kaitlin Ledvina staffs as an inpatient clinical pharmacist primarily with the solid organ transplant service at Froedtert Hospital. She earned her PharmD from Ϲ School of Pharmacy in 2023. She completed a PGY1 Pharmacy Residency at Froedtert Health and a PGY2 Infectious Diseases Pharmacy Residency at UW Health. Her experience with transplant infectious diseases teams during residency training fostered a passion for this sub-specialty. Her professional interests include management and prevention of infectious diseases in immunocompromised patients, critically ill patients, and optimization of antimicrobial dosing.
