Adventures in Spatial Transcriptomics of Breast Cancer

Presenter:
Todd Miller, PhD

Goal:
To help colleagues understand the promise, possibilities, and limitations of spatial transcriptomics analysis, and to design successful spatial transcriptomics experiments. Dr. Miller will present his team's experience over the past 2 years with spatial transcriptomics analysis of 40 human breast tumor specimens using the Xenium platform, including technical and cost considerations, obstacles encountered and addressed, bioinformatic considerations and strategies, and data interpretation.
