Advancing a Healthier Wisconsin Endowment Invites Applications for $50,000 Seed Grants
Funding available for projects that improve health and advance health equity in Wisconsin
Milwaukee, June 13, 2024 – The is offering seed grants up to $50,000 for community-led projects that create new strategies, test innovative ideas, and foster collaboration to address health challenges in Wisconsin. Similar funding is available for Ϲ (Ϲ) researchers.
Organizations eligible for AHW’s Community-Led Seed Grants include Wisconsin-based 501(c)3 and 501(c)6 nonprofits, as well as Wisconsin-based government entities.
AHW is introducing a new community-academic partnership model with this funding opportunity that involves an independent grant application from community partners. Approved applicants will be matched with a qualified Ϲ researcher, whose work will be funded separately.
Funded projects must be completed during a 12-month period beginning Jan. 1, 2025.
