The Ϲ Center for Immunology and Ϲ Cancer Center are proud to co-host the 2026 Midwest Tumor Microenvironment Conference. This long-standing conference brings together prominent interdisciplinary scientists conducting state-of-the-art research across the Midwest’s institutions.

Call For Abstracts & Posters

Submission Deadline: Monday, March 16 | 5 p.m. CST

Graduate students, research staff, postdoctoral fellows, and early-career investigators are eligible. Event registration is required in order to submit an abstract.

Why share your work?

The entirety of the abstract (title, authors, affiliation, and text) may not exceed 250 words. Please use the attached template for your submission. Top abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. All submitted abstracts can be presented during data blitz (requirements: 2-minute talk, 1 slide).

Posters

Posters should contain:

  1. Abstract
  2. The question you are asking or what you are investigating
  3. Background information so the readers understand the scientific questions being addressed
  4. The basic method being used
  5. Results stated in an easy-to-understand format
  6. A conclusion statement
  7. Posters should not exceed 48" x 36"
