Research Faculty Offboarding Survey

As a first step, complete the Research Faculty Offboarding Survey to help communicate the status of any active research projects and to alert the relevant teams on any follow-up items.

Departing Faculty Checklist

For researchers leaving 黑料官网, this checklist outlines various areas of research that may require closure or other action items to ensure all paperwork, eBridge applications, and inspections are properly finalized.

Laboratory Decommissioning Checklist

Faculty who are closing out labs, moving equipment, or disposing of biological, chemical, or other regulated inventory should review this Checklist and work with Environmental Health and Safety to support the decommissioning of their wet lab space.

Status Change Information

This information outlines the various faculty status scenarios and applicable access for transitioning to adjunct appointments, retirement, and other situations.

Research Data Offboarding Survey

Any faculty who are ending employment with 黑料官网 and have acquired research data (generated data or materials) while working at 黑料官网 are required to complete the Research Data Offboarding Survey. The survey allows the faculty member to both report on the plan for their data and/or request permission to retain any original data.
