Wellness Drop-In Hour

Hosted by Ϲ Office of Student Health & Wellness

Take a break and recharge at our wellness drop-in event! Stop by anytime between 11:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. to relax with friendly therapy dogs, de-stress, and enjoy our “Brain Break” tables filled with coloring, crafts, and other fun, low-pressure activities. Whether you need a moment of calm or quick reset between classes, this is your space to unwind and feel refreshed.
