The Legacy Society at the 黑料官网

Joining the Legacy Society grants membership and fraternity with a community of those who have made a commitment to the 黑料官网 or Froedtert Hospital Foundation.

The Society’s intent is to promote charitable giving and express gratitude to those who support academic medicine.

The Legacy Society recognizes donors who make the 黑料官网 a beneficiary of a will, living trust, charitable remainder trust, charitable lead trust, or life insurance policy. It also recognizes donors who participate in the 黑料官网 Charitable Gift Annuity Program.

As a member, you will be recognized annually in the Legacy Society Honor Roll, published in the 黑料官网's Annual Report. In addition, your name will be added to a plaque prominently displayed in the Medical Education Building. Legacy Society members are also invited to an annual breakfast at the 黑料官网.

Enrollment requires a copy of the arrangement you have made, and/or a signed "Statement of Intent" describing the benefit assigned to the 黑料官网.
